Senior Product Manager

Clarify AI is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the success of our product initiatives, focusing on AI-driven solutions in healthcare payments. You’ll own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, collaborate across teams, and ensure our solutions meet real user needs. Your expertise in managing complex, data-rich projects will help shape impactful, intuitive experiences.

• Own your product area end-to-end—from vision and strategy to execution and delivery.
• Understand users deeply, identifying their needs, pain points, and motivations.
• Turn complex workflows and data into intuitive, high-impact experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, sales, customer experience, and marketing.
• Drive product decisions using clear metrics, data, and prioritization.
• Stay informed on healthcare, benefits, and payment trends to ensure relevance.
• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for AI initiatives.
• Create and manage detailed product roadmaps, aligning with key business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and AI opportunities in healthcare payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product alignment.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate on improvements.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B/B2B2C SaaS or platform products.
• Experience working with complex, data-rich products or systems.
• Passion for user experience and delivering intuitive, elegant solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on action and ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Nice to have: Background in healthtech, insurtech, or HR tech.
