Allison Wertz is a marketing executive with twenty years of experience in advertising, brand strategy and growth acceleration. With a deep background in consumer advertising, Allison has successfully led high-impact campaigns, optimized customer acquisition strategies, and built strong brand identities across multiple industries, including healthcare, wellness and lifestyle.
Allison launched consumer marketing for care.com as their interim CMO, as well as other IAC brands, managing upwards of $250MM advertising budgets. She also has also built 0-1 marketing disciplines across three healthtech companies that specialized in mental and cardiometabolic health.
Driven by her passion for consumer behavior and emerging technologies, Allison observed a troubling pattern: many patients delay or avoid medical care due to concerns about medical bills and debt. The medical billing process is so broken, incredibly inconsistent, and unfair to patients; she hopes that technology can help to solve this vast societal issue.
